Application Instructions

Dosage:

• Front Loader/Twin-Tub:
  • Light Load: ½ scoop (75ml)
  • Medium Load: 1 scoop (75ml)
  • Full Load: 1⅔ scoops (125ml)
• Top Loader:
  • Light Load: 1 scoop (75ml)
  • Medium Load: 1⅔ scoops (125ml)
  • Full Load: 2½ scoops (187.5ml)
• Industrial Machines:
  • Use 750 grams per 100 kg of dry washing.
• Hard-Water Regions:
  • Add an extra ½ cup of Blue Active (1 cup = 250ml).

Preparation and Use:

1. Dissolving:
   • Fully dissolve Blue Active before adding clothes to the machine.
   • Add the powder to 2 liters of warm water in a bucket.
   • Stir briefly, then let it sit for a few minutes.
   • Stir again until fully dissolved.
2. Testing for Colourfastness:
   • Test new items for colourfastness by dipping a corner of the garment in a solution of Blue Active in hot water, then squeezing.
   • If colour runs out, the garment is not colourfast and should not be washed with Blue Active.
3. Special Instructions:
   • Woollens: Follow the clothing maker’s instructions for laundering.
   • Delicates: Turn delicate garments inside out.
   • Coloured Garments: Avoid drying in full sun.
   • Chlorine Bleach: Do not add chlorine bleach to Blue Active wash solutions.
   • Heavily Soiled Fabrics: Pre-spray collars, cuffs, or other heavily soiled areas with Solspray.
   • Stains: Wash promptly and pre-soak for more effective stain removal.
4. Skin Contact:
   • After handling Blue Active, rinse hands with clean water to avoid skin contact.
   • Those with sensitive or damaged skin should wear gloves.

Water Temperature Recommendations:

• Cold Water: Use for bleeding colours, pleated garments, blood, or chocolate stains.
