Bionil is a highly concentrated, quat-based sanitizer that combines powerful germ-killing capabilities with excellent cleaning properties. It is designed to clean and sanitize in one step, making it effective for a wide range of applications in food processing and other high-demand environments.

How Does It Work?

Bionil is a liquid cationic detergent sanitizer formulated with:

• Non-Ionic Surfactants: Lift and emulsify fats and oils.
• Quaternary Ammonium Compounds: Kill germs and bacteria.
• Softening Agents: Help in improving cleaning efficiency.

For Use On:

• Food Processing Areas: Ideal for general surface cleaning, sink washing of pots and pans, floor cleaning, and equipment like filling machines, cookers, and conveyor belts.
• Washrooms and Other Areas: Effective for cleaning washrooms, showers, drains, animal pens, kennels, cages, and for dealing with flood and sewerage spills.

Application Instructions:

• General Use: Do not mix with other chemicals.
• Floors, Walls, Benches, Cages:
  • Heavy soilage: Dilute to 1 in 25.
  • Medium soilage: Dilute to 1 in 50.
  • Mop floor, let soak for 2 minutes, scrub, mop up, and rinse with clean water. Speed up drying with a squeegee.
• Immersion Cleaning of Pots, Pans, Utensils:
  • Dilute to 1 in 75. Soak for 10 minutes, scrub, and rinse with potable water.
• Sink Washing:
  • Presoak heavily soiled items. Dilute to 1 in 80, wash, then rinse with clean water and dry in racks.
• Foam Gun Application:
  • Remove food or cover it. Use neat Bionil in a foam gun. Spray hot foam, allow to react for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean, cold potable water.
• Recirculation (CIP):
  • Dilute to 1 in 100 with water at 50°C to 80°C. Recirculate for 10 to 20 minutes. Flush with potable water.
• Flood Restoration/Sewerage Spills:
  • Heavy soilage: Dilute to 1 in 25.
  • Medium soilage: Dilute to 1 in 50.
  • Mop or hose down the area, let soak for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
